Soy Ginger Shrimp and Noodle Salad

  • 1 package Simply Asia® Soy Ginger Noodles & Sauce
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (15 mL) soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup (250 mL)peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) diced red bell pepper

Cooking Instructions:

COOK Noodles as directed on package. Drain and rinse with cold water. 

MIX oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and Sauce in small bowl until well blended. 

PLACE noodles, coleslaw mix, shrimp and bell pepper in large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to evenly coat. Sprinkle with Topping.
