Sesame Teriyaki Chicken Noodles & Sauce

  • 1 package Simply Asia® Sesame Teriyaki Noodles & Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons (10 mL) oil
  • 1/2 pound (250 g) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 small onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups (500 mL) chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL) snow peas

Cooking Instructions:

COOK Noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain and rinse with cold water.

HEAT oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until cooked through. Add onion and bell pepper; cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add chicken broth, noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts, snow peas and Sauce. Bring to boil. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

LADLE into soup bowls. Sprinkle with Topping.
